Refund & Returns Policy

At Ryde Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy with free return shipping, in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving them, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are included

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

2. How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact us at info@ryde-media.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  3. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  4. Send the product(s) back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will be refunded the full purchase price, including any standard delivery fees paid.

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products (if ever applicable)

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@ryde-media.com
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

  • All return shipping for damaged/faulty items is covered by us

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
